Turn Messy Notes into a Presentation with Claude (Free Plan)

Your final or internship presentation is tomorrow, and all you have is scattered notes. Instead of fighting slide templates, ask Claude to sort your own notes into a clear slide flow. The outline works on every plan, including free. Depending on your account and workspace settings, Claude can also build the slide deck right in the chat; the flow in our video was filmed on a free account. If you don't see a deck card, the outline alone is a solid starting point you can move into Google Slides or PowerPoint in minutes.

Steps

1. Open claude.ai or the Claude app and sign in. The free plan is enough for the outline.
2. Get your notes ready. No tidy notes? Type quick bullet fragments of what you know: topic, key points, numbers, your conclusion. Messy is fine.
3. Start a new chat.
4. Copy the prompt below exactly and paste or type it into the message box.
5. Start a new line and paste your own notes under the prompt.
6. Send the message and wait for the full reply. Claude shows a slide-by-slide flow: a title and 3 bullets per slide.
7. If a slide deck card appears at the end of the reply, tap or click it to open the preview and go through the slides.
8. If no deck card appears (it depends on account and workspace settings), copy the outline into Google Slides or PowerPoint and make one slide per section.
9. Check every fact and number against your sources, rewrite the wording in your own voice, then rehearse once out loud.
